Villa Vista Mare is a detached villa and consists of an upper house and a basement where 2 apartments will be built in due course.
The upper house has recently been completely restored:
- upper house: ground floor with the driveway and parking spaces, on the ground floor the living room and kitchen, upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The landscape is constantly changing, there is always something new to discover.
You can pick and eat your own fruits like fig and pomegranate directly from the grounds.
Because the house is 5 minutes away from the coast, the lack of a swimming pool is not noticeable. Marina di Campofilone has a few cozy chalets where you can eat delicious fish and of course rent beach beds.
On "our" beach there is a really nice restaurant and there are a lot along the beaches.

Past the gate you will immediately find the parking spaces.
The villa has 3 floors with various terraces, so you always have the choice of sitting in the sun or in the shade. You can enter the villa through the front door or through the large patio doors on the terrace, which takes you directly into the living room. This is spacious and light, and very tastefully and modernly furnished, with a seating area and a TV. There is also a spacious dining table with 8 chairs.
The cozy kitchen with bar/dining area is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. You will find everything you need for your gourmet meals here!
From the kitchen you can also go to the enormous terrace. This runs the entire length of the house. Here is a large table with chairs, a lounge set and sun beds. From this terrace you have a fantastic view over the hills and the sea. While enjoying an Italian meal you can enjoy the sunrise and moonrise!
You reach the first floor via an easy, wide staircase. There are two bedrooms here. One bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a good sofa bed of 1.40 wide.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is in the tower and has two single beds, which can also be made up as a double bed. A third bed can also be placed here. Following this is a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.
The 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this floor.
