Villa Tipaldi consists of 3 beautiful, modern apartments:
- Apartment Oca (96m2): on the middle floor, for 6/8 people, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
- Apartment Germano (80m2): the level swimming pool, for 4 people, 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Apartment Anatra (45m2): on the swimming pool level, for 2/4 people, 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
This oasis of peace offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a hospitable environment. And if you feel like it, you can look for the cosiness and hectic pace by the sea or in the nearby port city of San Benedetto del Tronto.
Villa Tipaldi stands on a large site of a number of hectares. It is built against a hill among the olive groves. The villa consists of 3 floors. The house son lives with his wife and daughter Petra on the top floor. The middle floor is at the parking level. One floor below is at the level of the swimming pool, accessible via steps.
It is a large, fenced and beautiful swimming pool of 11x4 meters (100-160cm deep) with hydromassage and a fountain. Next to the swimming pool you can relax under a large veranda furnished with luxurious, modern sun beds and couches. Around the pool there are seats and sun beds where you can enjoy the beautiful view.
Apartment Oca (6 persons - 96 m2)
Apartment Oca is very spacious and is located at street level near the parking space, on the middle floor. Two seats have been made for the apartment: one for eating and one for relaxing. However, you can also place the table on the side balcony. At the back, in the bedrooms is a large but narrow balcony over the entire length. Here are also seats with a great view over the hills and the valley.
Upon entering (left) is the living room with sofa, wood stove, TV and piano and (right) the kitchen / diner. All this is located in an open space at the front of the house. The decor is a combination of basic, modern, Italian and Art Deco influences.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher.
The 3 spacious bedrooms are located next to each other at the back of the house, all with a beautiful view of the hills, sea and mountains. Each bedroom has a double bed, followed by a bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. It is possible to place an extra bunk bed in one of the bedrooms.
Apartment Germano (2 to 4 persons - 80m2)
This apartment is on the same floor as the swimming pool. This apartment and apartment Anatra can be combined into a large apartment.
Apartment Germano has a very spacious living room or open kitchen with a cooking island and a separate area with a pizza oven. The area near the fireplace is protected by a heavy, no light-permeable curtain, so that an extra bedroom is created with a sofa bed and possibly an extra bed.
The kitchen is spacious with a cooking island, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. There is a large dining table and there is a spacious seating area by the fireplace and television.
The bedroom is furnished in a basic way with a double bed, a linen closet and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is spacious and new, with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.
But the best thing about this apartment is the terrace. This is very spacious and offers a beautiful view over the Marchegian hills.
Apartment Anatra (4 persons - 45m2)
Apartment Anatra is located on the ground floor at the level of the swimming pool.
Apartment Anatra has a kitchen with a dining and sitting area, a very spacious bedroom for 4 people and a bathroom.
The kitchen is simple but complete. From the kitchen you have a view of the garden and swimming pool. On the left, next to the kitchen, is a terrace with a pergola where you can eat outside.
Through a small corridor with a washing machine you enter the spacious bedroom for 4 persons and a large bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large modern wardrobe. Behind the bed is a wall with a single bed behind it. Here is also the fixed staircase to the loft with an extra bed. The big disadvantage of this bedroom is that there are no windows.
There are fans and a cooling device. Apartment Anatra has a modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
