Villa Stefania is a large detached villa and consists of 3 apartments, 2 of which are rented: 

The interior is basic and comfortable and consists of a living / dining room with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc. In the living room there is a dining table with chairs, comfortable couch, armchair, TV and a gas heater. There are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have doors to the terrace. The bedrooms have mosquito nets and shutters. In the apartment is a bathroom with 1 sink, shower, toilet, bidet. 

Outside on the terrace is a large pergola (3x4 meters) with wooden flower boxes that provides shade and privacy.

Apartment Pecorino, on the 1st floor, can be reached via the shared entrance and a wide spiral staircase. The apartment is very spacious.

Upon entering the apartment you enter the very spacious, bright living room. There is a spacious seating area with 2 comfortable sofas. Through sliding doors you can go to 2 balconies with a dining table and chairs.

The large kitchen is typically Italian and basic, but adequately furnished. There is a dining table with chairs. Through the kitchen you also come out on the spacious balcony.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a double bed and a single bed.

There are 2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink, bidet and shower or bath.
