Villa Paradiso is a wonderful holiday home that is very suitable for one large family or for 2 families. Villa Paradiso is beautifully situated between the rolling hills, covered with olive groves and vineyards and fields, beautiful calanchis and various medieval fortified towns on top of the hills. It is a wonderful holiday address where you can enjoy the space, the peace and the beautiful view.
The beautiful village of Cossignano is less than 3 km away. Within half an hour you are on the beach of Grottammare.
Villa Paradiso stands on a large private property and is partially surrounded by trees. It has its own driveway with gate. Once inside the gate there is a gravel path with flower beds. The Villa was completely renovated in the spring of 2016 and modernly redesigned.
The new swimming pool is large, 11 x 5 meters and 140 cm deep. The pool also has a children's pool and is fenced. Around the pool is a great sun terrace with lounge area, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.
Villa Paradiso has a large veranda where you can lounge, eat and drink and there is still plenty of room for table tennis. You enter a spacious hall where the stairs are located to the 1st floor. From the hall you enter a large living room of more than 40 m2. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas, dresser cupboard, TV and large fireplace. There is also a 'bar' in this spacious room. From the living room you enter the kitchen. The Villa has a spacious, new and modern kitchen that is fully furnished. The kitchen also has a large dining table with 10 chairs and a cupboard. From the kitchen you come directly to the terrace with dining table, chairs and natural shade through trees.
A beautiful wide staircase leads to the 1st floor where the bedrooms are located. On the large landing there is a wonderful space where children can draw, parents can 'work' etc. On the 1st floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, sink and washing rack. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms are furnished as 'children's bedrooms' with a bunk bed and a single bed and in the other bedroom three single beds. Both bathrooms, both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, have a shower with shower door, toilet and bidet, sink and enough space for toilet items. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
