Villa Panoramica is a large detached villa and consists of 2 apartments. The house can also be rented as a villa: 

• Apartment Viola: large apartment on the ground floor, 4 to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 
• Apartment Rosa: apartment on the 1st floor, 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 

This beautiful villa is located in the hills between Montalto delle Marche and Carassai. Villa Panoramica is located on a quiet road and less than half an hour, 20 km from the sea at Cupra Marittima. The typical Marchegian cozy village of Carassai is 2 km away. Villa Panoramica is situated on a large plot with many olive trees and fruit trees. The terrain is partially fenced. There is a large lawn and there are play equipment, such as a trampoline. There is also a table football and a ping-pong table. In short, a paradise for children, but also for their parents! 

The house consists of 2 floors, each with 1 apartment. Part of the house has not yet been refurbished. This will perhaps be finished in 2020 with a 3rd apartment.

The owner is very hospitable and tries to make the guests very happy. That is why you will also receive an aperitif with typical Marchegian snacks upon arrival. 

Within walking distance, 2 houses further is an agriturismo with restaurant. 

The swimming pool is 5x10 meters and has an extra corner with jacuzzi. From the house and the swimming pool you have a beautiful view over the hills up to the Monte Sibillini. Around the pool are sun beds with umbrellas. Under the swimming pool there is an additional washing facility with showers and toilets. There is also a washing machine in this room. On the terrace is a BBQ and a pizza oven, for shared use.

The kitchen is neat but basic. There is an oven and a refrigerator. From this living room there is a door to the garden and terrace with table and chairs. 

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds with its own beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has a double bed with its own beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe closet.

The apartment on the 1st floor is directly at the top of the stairs, the bedrooms and the bathroom with washing facilities. Straight ahead you enter the living room and dining room. The living room is colorful but attractive and cozy. There are many art deco furniture. The kitchen is small, simple and minimalist. Here is a microwave. 

The great thing about this apartment is the amazing terrace of over 35m2, with outdoor furniture. From here you have a fantastic view over the swimming pool and the hills. 

There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 3 single beds. There is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet. And a room with the washing machine.
