There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with 2 single beds that can of course also be made up as a double bed. In the bedrooms there are spacious wardrobes for your clothes. All windows on the first floor, including the bathroom window and the French balconies, are fitted with mosquito nets. 

The luxurious bathroom is placed between the 2 bedrooms. It has a large sink, a large walk-in shower and a toilet. In the attic, under the sloping roof, is the 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom. This 2nd bathroom has a (second) toilet, sink and shower. The spacious sleeping area (with velux skylight, without mosquito net) also has 2 separate beds that can be pushed together. There is a cupboard with drawers and a separate hanging area.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The largest bedroom has a French balcony with patio doors (with mosquito net) and shutters on the outside. The bedroom has a double bed with Boxspring mattresses, spacious wardrobes and lights next to the bed. The small bedroom has a bunk bed and is therefore a cozy room for the children. This room also has a French balcony with patio doors (fitted with mosquito nets) and shutters on the outside. 

The modern bathroom has a double sink, a walk-in shower and toilet. 

On the spacious and bright attic floor you will find the third bedroom with a velux roof window and air conditioning! The attic has 2 single beds with Boxspring mattresses, spacious cupboards and an extra sink.

Apartment Vista Mare is located on the south-east, with a magnificent view over the hills and villages of Le Marche and the Adriatic sea. The apartment has its own spacious garden with a (partially) covered terrace (Gazebo). On the terrace is a dining table with 6 chairs and four lazy chairs where you can enjoy the view. Because the apartment is on the east side, it offers plenty of privacy. 

The apartment has a cozy kitchen with a spacious seating area. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is complete and luxurious with a large fridge and separate freezer. There is an oven and a dishwasher. There is also an espresso machine, milk froth jug, hand blender, juicer and a well-filled cutlery and crockery cupboard. There is also enough space for storing groceries. Vista Mare has a cozy, spacious seating area. In the apartment there is wifi available, there are books, games and drawing material.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 1 bedroom in the attic. All bedrooms have two luxury box spring mattresses of 200 x 90 cm each. 

On the first floor there is also the bathroom with a large sink, toilet and rain shower. 

On the spacious and bright attic floor you will find the third bedroom with a velux skylight. An air conditioner is installed here. The house is well insulated so that it is nice and cool in the summer. All bedroom windows and doors have shutters for the light and mosquito nets.
