Villa Liliana is a nice Italian villa and is located between the beautiful hills of southern Le Marche and is strategically located between the Adriatic coast (20 minutes) and the beautiful Sibillini National Park (30 minutes). It is 800m from the little village Monte Rinaldo. Villa Liliana can accommodate 8 people.
Around Villa Liliana there is something for everyone: swimming in the Adriatic Sea, visiting beautiful medieval villages, hiking or climbing in the mountains, tasting local products, etc. But you can also just stay in and around Villa Liliana, swim and lounging by the pool while enjoying a number of Italian specialties and the various local wines.
The owner of Villa Liliana has its own wine cooperative.
There is a large garden around Villa Liliana. Villa Liliana has a swimming pool with children's pool and hydromassage (140 and 70 cm deep). Sun loungers and parasols are provided by the pool. In the garden you also have a wide choice of fruit trees and of course depending on the season you can pick the fruits to your heart's content such as apples, cherries, figs, pomegranates, pears and apricots. From the pergola with table and chairs you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the hills.
Villa Liliana has a large living / dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge-freezer combination, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. As a welcome gift you will find a few delicious bottles of wine in the fridge.
The living room is furnished with a large and comfortable couch and two armchairs, a large flat screen TV with satellite TV, an iPod docking station and WiFi. There is also a large dining table for up to 8 people. In the summer months you can dine under the veranda where there is also a large dining table. From the living room you have one of the best views of the villa, with a view of the beautiful Valdaso and the Sibillini National Park in the background.
Villa Liliana has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a view of the Adriatic coast. The bedroom has a natural terracotta tiled floor and is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This bedroom has its own bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious and light and has a view of the mountains. The floor is also made of terracotta tiles. The third bedroom has two single beds and has a view of the surrounding landscape. Both bedrooms use the same bathroom. In the 'basement', on the same level as the swimming pool, there is a fourth bedroom and a bathroom with the washing machine. For older children perfect.
