A cozy COUNTRY HOUSE with one apartment (92m2) on the ground floor, beautifully situated with a large garden, swimming pool and only 30 minutes from the Adriatic Sea.
General
Villa Fiore is a cozy country house and consists of 2 floors. The apartment is rented out on the ground floor. The owner lives with his wife and daughter on the first floor: very sympathetic, and privacy guaranteed.
The house is in a beautiful location with a 360 degree view of the hills of Le Marche. The hospitable owner makes it worthwhile to spend your vacation here.
The villa has a large swimming pool with sun loungers and is shaded by parasols. The swimming pool is 12x5 meters.
Villa Fiore is a few kilometers away from the town of Montalto delle Marche and is situated on a long, dead-end gravel path. It stands on a very large site and is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, olive groves and forests.
Around Villa Fiore is a veranda with all kinds of seats and a BBQ. The large garden offers something for everyone; shady places to read quietly, picnic tables, a flat area to kick a ball and not to mention a beautiful swimming pool.
To make your holiday complete, you will be welcomed with an aperitif on arrival. The next morning a delicious breakfast is ready for you.
The apartment (4 to 5 persons - 92m2)
The apartment has its own entrance. It has a cozy living room with open kitchen. The simple kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine and an oven. There is satellite TV with many channels and WiFi.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
Both bedrooms have their own cozy but simple bathroom with shower.
