A very nice AGRITURISMO consisting of a detached villa with 2 apartments (5 and 6/8 persons), a large garden with swimming pool and 25 minutes from the Adriatic sea.
General
Villa delle Pesche is a large detached villa and consists of 2 apartments. The house can also be rented as a villa:
- Apartment Francesco: large apartment on the ground floor, 6 to 8 persons, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
- Apartment Donna Ventidia: apartment on the 1st floor, 5 persons, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Not at the house, but nearby is a vegetable garden, which you can use. The super sweet hospitable owner also regularly comes by to bring fresh fruit or a homemade cake.
The house is a few kilometers from the pleasant town of Montalto delle Marche and is located on the main road in a dead end street. The house and garden offer complete privacy.
The villa is located in a very quiet area between olive groves and wine fields and only 20 minutes drive from the Adriatic sea and 45 minutes drive from the Sibillini Mountains.
Apartment Francesco Il Passatore (6 to 8 persons - 128m2)
Apartment Francesco is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The interior is basic and comfortable and consists of a living-dining room and a simple Italian fitted kitchen with patio doors to the pool. The living room has a dining table with 8 chairs, 2 comfortable sofas, TV and a wood-burning stove.
The living area has a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
The sleeping area has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and its own small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. An extra cot can be placed in this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The 3rd bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed. All rooms have a spacious wardrobe.
In the sleeping area In the hallway is a very spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, toilet, bidet and a Jacuzzi bath. There is also a washing machine. The apartment has a large terrace in the garden with tables and chairs and is shaded by a wooden pergola. There is also a small covered terrace at the back of the house.
Apartment Donna Ventidia (5 persons - 71m2)
The apartment on the 1st floor has its own entrance. The apartment has its own terrace with tables and chairs and is shaded by a pergola.
The interior is comfortable and consists of a living room with a small, simple open kitchen. The living room has a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa, TV and a wood stove. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the Marchegian hills. There are 2 separate bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has three single beds. Both rooms have a spacious wardrobe.
The apartment has a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. There is a washing machine in the apartment.
