A beautiful COUNTRY HOUSE (12 persons - 300 m2), with also a tastefully and modernly furnished apartment (5 persons - 84 m2), with a large garden with swimming pool, trampoline, vegetable garden and 20 minutes from the Adriatic sea.
General
Villa della Valle (300 m2) is located in a peaceful valley of the Marche hills near the towns of Montalto della Marche, Porchia and Cossignano. The villa was a typical Italian farmhouse and was carefully restored in 2007 by the family Heuvelmans, while the many authentic elements have been preserved.
Villa della Valle is surrounded by a spacious garden with a wide view over the hills, the vineyards and the calanghi.
The 12x5.5 meter swimming pool has a diving board, an outdoor shower and a sun terrace with wonderful sun beds, lounge chairs and umbrellas. A large trampoline, table tennis table and a swing ensure lots of fun for children in addition to all the space in the great outdoors. A hot tub (Dutch-tub) is available for the winter months.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with every modern comfort. The house consists of ground floor and 1st floor. There is also a cozy veranda of 80 m2 which is furnished with lounge chairs, a large dining table for 12 people and a pizza wood oven. The living kitchen, as well as the living room, are located in the former stable of the house. The kitchen consists of a designer kitchen with cooking island, a large dining table with comfortable dining room seats and Tripp-Trapp chairs for the little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room has a large sofa with ottoman, a chaise longue and a fireplace. The entire house has underfloor heating but will of course not be used in the summer months. In this room there is satellite television and the possibility to use the internet. There is also a stereo system, a large cupboard with books, DVDs and games.
The 1st floor consists of 2 wings. On the right there are 3 bedrooms, all three have good comfortable beds (2 beds of 200x160cm and 1 bed of 200x140cm) and enough cupboard space for all things. In addition, there is a spacious bathroom with 3 sinks, shower, toilet, bidet and a cupboard for linen.
On the left there are 2 bedrooms, a studio and a bathroom. One bedroom has a comfortable 2-person electrically adjustable bed and spacious cupboards. The bathroom is luxuriously furnished and has a double sink, shower, freestanding oval bath, toilet and bidet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. An extra bed or cot can be placed in two bedrooms.
