Villa Castagna is located near the village of Rubianello. In 2006 this house was completely restored by the English owners. Total living space is 370 m2, spread over 2 floors. For a group of friends or for a large family this is a very interesting holiday home to spend a holiday together in a fantastic way.
On the porch you can relax with a book and a drink. And there is enough room to dine together.
Villa Castagna has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and is shaded by a pergola and parasols. This beautiful saltwater swimming pool (10x5 meters) offers cooling in the summer. Funny detail are the 'bar stools' in the water. At the swimming pool there is WiFi.
Around the house is a spacious garden with lots of privacy because it is situated between forests and fields. There is also an olive grove. There are several terraces where you can sunbathe or barbecue.
There is parking space available. The view is breathtaking and very relaxed. This place is peaceful and peaceful. Villa Castagna has central heating and is therefore also a wonderful holiday home in the low, pre and post season.

Upon entering the tastefully decorated house you enter a large entrance, from where you walk to the spacious living and dining room. The living room is nice and cozy. It has 2 comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove. Wi-Fi is available. In addition to the sitting room there is a spacious 'playroom' with, among other things, a football table and a wooden table with various chairs.
All rooms in the house has Airconditioning and window screens.
If you walk further you will arrive in the kitchen with a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is large, practical and fully furnished and has doors to the veranda. The kitchen has 2 work islands; a cooking area and a 'wet area' including a dishwasher, large fridge, pasta machine, etc.
The kitchen also has a fireplace. In the spacious utility room is the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
All bathrooms are beautifully and stylishly furnished. Two bathrooms have a shower and a romantic roll top bath. Unfortunately, the sizes of these baths are made for small Italians. The other two bathrooms only have a shower.
Upon entering the 1st floor you will first see a cozy seating area with a stove. From here you can go to the 5 different bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms then have a bathroom.
Two bedrooms share a bathroom (see map).
The bedroom with 'French bed' has its own bathroom.
The bedroom with bunk beds and 2 single beds has its own bathroom. Suitable for children.
