Casa Belmonte is a beautiful detached country house and is located between the hills of the municipality of Monte Rinaldo. Casa Belmonte is only 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains. It was completely restored in 2016. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of Montelparo and its hilly surroundings.
Casa Belmonte has a private swimming pool of no less than 5x12m, surrounded by white, pink and red oleanders and a solarium with sun loungers and parasols. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the swimming pool, the lovely village of Montelparo and its hilly surroundings covered with vines, olive trees and sunflowers. On the terrace is a large teak table with chairs, a barbecue and a cozy wicker lounge with a double sofa, two single seats and a matching coffee table. From the terrace, a wide staircase takes you to the large swimming pool and associated outdoor shower.
Casa Belmonte is the last house on a dead end street and stands on a 5-hectare site, guaranteeing maximum tranquility.
Villa Belmonte (6 to 9 persons - 200 m2)
Casa Belmonte is a wonderful holiday home for 9 people. The house is decorated in a contemporary, country style. It has a large living room with a spacious sitting room and a beautiful dining room with pellet stove and open kitchen. The modern, stylishly furnished open kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a cooking island with bar stools and is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Both from the kitchen and from the living room you have access through sliding doors to the large, covered terrace of 60 m².
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.
Casa Belmonte has a high chair and cot, a washing machine and drying rack. There is satellite TV and WiFi. There are built-in mosquito nets.
On the 1st floor are the other 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed (box spring), bedside tables and a wardrobe. An extra single bed has been placed in the main bedroom.
Casa Belmonte has 3 new, modern bathrooms with double sinks, shower and toilet. There is a bath in a bathroom.
All bedrooms will have air conditioning from 2022.
