Villa Bellosguardo (12 people - 300m2)

The Villa is located on a large and flat private plot of land and is surrounded by trees. You have a beautiful view over the Adriatic Sea. When you walk to the edge of the garden towards the sea you feel like you can dive in, you are so close.

Villa Bellosguardo has a large swimming pool of 14x6 meters. There are several sunbeds and lounge chairs around the pool. There is plenty of space for the children to play.

Due to the typical and traditional construction of the villa, the ground floor consists of several open spaces. Characteristic are the vaults and the round ceilings.

There are several entrances, such as French doors in the kitchen and in the living room. When you enter through the front door, you first enter the cozy dining room. From here you walk through a living room and a sitting room to the 4th compartment, the library, a quiet space where you can retreat with a book.

The very cozy kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a wide oven, etc. There is also a large dining table for dining in bad or cold weather.

There are two ways to get to the first floor. An external staircase leads to a small terrace where there is also the traditional wood pizza oven.

You can also go upstairs from the inside. Then you first arrive in an open space, a living room with a fireplace and a television. From here you can go to the hallway with various bedrooms and to the 2nd floor.

In the tower room, on the 2nd floor, there is a room where you can watch television on 2 easy chairs and a sofa bed.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The third bedroom is located on the other side of the lounge room on the first floor. This bedroom has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and walk-in shower.

The fourth has two single beds. The bathroom for this room is in the hallway, which also has a toilet, bidet, sink and walk-in shower.

There is also a separate room with the washing machine on this floor.
