Il Palazzo
A stately, fully restored PALAZZO with 18 apartments, large garden with swimming pool, wellness, outdoor activities and 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea (Grottammare).
General
Il Palazzo consists of 18 apartments spread over 3 floors:
- The ground floor: 8 apartments for 2 to 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- 1st floor: 5 apartments, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- 2nd floor: 5 apartments, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Il Palazzo stands on a large site with swimming pool and children's pool, play equipment, mini golf, etc. The pool is bean-shaped and is safely deposited for small children. Sun beds and umbrellas surround the pool. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view. Next to the pool is a jacuzzi built into the ground. Here is also a cottage with changing rooms, showers and toilets. The washing machine is also placed here for shared use.
Common rooms
Immediately noticeable when you enter the gate is the large terrace with cozy seating areas where you will be served your breakfast every morning. Every Tuesday evening the owner organizes a typical Pizza-evening (against payment) for the guests. This way, guests can get to know each other in a fun way.
On the roof is a huge roof terrace where you have a fantastic 360 ° view of the hills, the mountains and the sea. Here are sun beds, seats, and a barbecue that you can use.
Il Palazzo has a nice playground for the small children. Also with a mini golf. There is another playground across the street, but from the Municipality.
At the parking lot is the tennis court. This is officially from the Municipality of Cossignano and can be rented for a small fee.
On the roof is a huge roof terrace where you have a fantastic 360 ° view of the hills, the mountains and the sea. Here are sun beds, seats, and a barbecue that you can use.
In the basement you will find the SPA, with 2 saunas a Turkish steam bath, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a relaxation room and a room where you can get a massage for example. All this of course for a fee. The SPA is only accessible for adults and only in winter.
The apartments
On the ground floor there are 8 apartments and the other apartments are accessible via a beautiful wide staircase or with the elevator. All 18 apartments are new. The apartments all have a simple kitchen with fridge (no dishwasher and oven), dining table with chairs and a sofa bed. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms all have a shower, toilet and sink. All apartments have marble floors and have air conditioning.
Ground floor
There are a total of 8 apartments on the ground floor. Each apartment has its own entrance. There is 1 apartment (M1) for the disabled. This apartment has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The other 7 apartments (B3 to B9) all have a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
1st floor
There are 5 apartments on the 1st floor. Four apartments are on every corner and each has a very large terrace with beautiful views. It also has sun beds and a dining area where you can enjoy your aperitif.
Apartment T1 and T2 have a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The other two apartments B1 and B2 have a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
The fifth apartment T3 is located halfway down the corridor and has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This apartment has no balcony, but does have patio doors.
2nd floor
On the 2nd floor there are also 5 apartments and is identical to the 1st floor, but these apartments do not have a terrace, but a balcony. Four apartments are located on every corner and each has a balcony with a beautiful view.
Apartment T4 and T6 have a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The other two apartments B10 and B11 have a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The fifth T5 apartment is halfway down the corridor and has a living room with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. This apartment has a slightly larger balcony than the other 4 apartments on the 2nd floor.
