General
Casa Vineate consists of 5 apartments spread over 2 houses:
- Apartment Inzolia: on the ground floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment Italia: on the ground floor, for 5 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment Victoria: on the 1st floor, for 5/6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment Regina: on the 1st floor, for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Apartment Sublima: on the 1st floor, for 2/3 persons, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Casa Vineate is surrounded by vineyards. There is plenty to do for the children. There is a ping-pong table, a football table and a trampoline. A large BBQ and vegetable garden are available on site for all guests.
The interior of all apartments is typically traditional Italian, with beds of 160 x 190 cm or 80 x 190 cm and showers of 80 x 80 cm or 100 x 65 cm.
From the house you have a beautiful view of the old town of Patrignone. In Patrignone is a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Casa Vineate is a half-hour drive from the Adriatic Sea and a 40-minute drive from the Sibilini Mountains.
Apartment Inzolia (4+1 persons - 80m2)
Apartment Inzolia is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms. The apartment has a large terrace in front of the house. On the terrace is a large dining table with chairs and a seating area where you can relax. Furthermore, large planters have been placed to realize privacy. The terrace is shaded by a portico.
Apartment Inzolia has a large living room with a spacious open kitchen. In the living room there is a dining area for 6 people and a relax sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and basic with a large fridge, dishwasher and oven. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. There is satellite TV and WiFi. Air conditioning is also everywhere in this apartment.
Apartment Italia (5 persons - 80m2)
The Italia is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms. It is a spacious apartment. Next to the apartment is a large terrace with tables and chairs. The terrace is shaded by a portico.
The interior is Italian, basic and comfortable and consists of a small living-dining room with patio doors to the outside. In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is in a separate room. The kitchen is basic and has an oven and dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms in the Italia apartment, two of which have a double bed and a shared bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom. In the apartment is satellite TV and WiFi.
Apartment Victoria (5+1 persons - 80m2)
The Victoria apartment is located on the 1st floor. The apartment has a long and narrow balcony with a long narrow table and benches. The balcony is covered. In the garden there is also a seating area that you can use to eat, drink, play games, etc.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen with oven, dishwasher, satellite TV and WiFi. There is air conditioning in the kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms: The 1st bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. And in the 3rd bedroom there is a single bed. The rooms have spacious wardrobes and fans. Here are 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Apartment Regina (4 persons - 70m2)
The comfortable Regina apartment is on the 1st floor together with the Sublima apartment and has 2 bedrooms. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen. The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher. The apartment also has internet (WiFi) and satellite TV. Air conditioning is also everywhere in this apartment.
The Regina apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom. A fifth bed can be placed in one of the two bedrooms. The apartment has a small seating area on the balcony and a seating area on the ground floor.
Apartment Sublima (2+1 persons - 45m2)
The Sublima apartment is on the 1st floor and has 1 bedroom. The apartment consists of a small living room with (bed) couch and open kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an oven.
There is one spacious bedroom with bathroom. A third bed can be placed in the bedroom. The apartment has a large private balcony with a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. Air conditioning is also everywhere in this apartment.
The owner of Casa Vineate is an enthusiastic wine connoisseur. He has his own 'cantina' and provides wine tasting for guests every week. You can also pick grapes at Case Vineate from the end of August to mid-October and pick olives from mid-October to the end of November. In addition, the owner has truffle dogs with which he and the guests go looking for truffles. From 1 October to 31 January the white truffle, from 1 December to 15 March the black winter truffle and from 1 June to 31 August the black summer truffle.
