Villa Verde Vista consists of a house and 2 apartments:
- House: detached, for 9 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 'open' bedroom, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment: ground floor, for 4 to 5 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- Apartment: ground floor, for 4 to 5 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
This accommodation is rented in its entirety.
Villa Verde Vista is 1 km from Monteleone and 3 km from Montelparo, two picturesque villages, on a main road.
The house and the apartments offer a beautiful view over the Marchegian hills.
The garden is not very big, but it does have a swimming pool of 12x4 m and 1.30 m deep.
House (9 persons)
The house is slightly lower than the main road. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room is spacious with a relaxing couch and a large dining table with 10 chairs.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with a gas stove with 5 hot plates, central cooking island, 2 fridges with freezer, 2 hot air ovens, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine with capsules.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a box spring bed that can be made up as a double or as 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom is for 4 people, has a double bed and bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed.
On this floor is a 2nd bathroom with a shower and toilet.
2 apartments (4 to 5 persons)
2 apartments have been created in the annex, each with its own entrance. Both apartments consist of a sitting room with a double box-spring bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition to a double bed (box spring), the first apartment also has a 3rd bed for one person.
The second apartment has a bedroom for 2 people (1 double box-spring bed).
Below these apartments is the game room with pool table, sitting area, TV, bird's-eye, football table, bar, fridge. The washing machine and dryer are also placed here.
