Casa Rosmarino is just a 20-minute drive from the coastal towns of Grottammare and Pedaso and near the town of Montalto delle Marche. 

This quietly located holiday home offers a beautiful view over the rolling, lovely hilly landscape of Le Marche and the impressive Monte Sibilini. The cozy garden offers a lot of privacy. You walk directly from the terrace to the swimming pool. Relax chairs are provided at the 8x4 meter swimming pool. 

The house has 2 comfortable studios for 2 or 3 people, each with its own terrace. And what could be nicer and tastier than eating fresh fruit from the trees in the garden, here you can simply pick the fruit from the trees in the season!

In both studios you have WiFi, a TV and air conditioning. 

Between the two studios there is a large kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. 

You can rent both studios with kitchen as a whole. You then have a great apartment for one family of 4 to 5 people. The children must be able to sleep independently because the studios are not connected.
