Nestled between rolling hills and lush fields in the enchanting Italian region of Le Marche, Casa Riva is an idyllic place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, relax, reconnect and experience the beauty of life in the Italian countryside. to experience.
The house and the hilly surroundings are an ideal destination for cyclists and walkers, yogis and gourmets, culture lovers and Italian shoe lovers and especially for various groups or families who love all of the above.
The house is set on a plot of 2 hectares with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Next to the house is the owner's house, a farmhouse from 1860 that was tastefully restored 10 years ago and is sometimes available to rent for larger groups. The house was designed by Canadian architects James Macgillivray & Vivian Lee (LAMAS) and can sleep up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms and private outdoor seating areas.
The design combines Italian craftsmanship with the owner's interest and love for Asian art and design, built during their 20 years of living and traveling in Asia.
Each season has its own charms and reasons to visit: cycling through the lush rolling fields of spring, enjoying the village festival at full heights of summer; Pick fresh figs from the trees in the fall, explore magical snowy hilltop villages in the winter.
The 15 x 4 meter saltwater pool is nestled in the middle of a field, just a few steps from your door. There are many outdoor seating areas, with comfortable outdoor sofas and sun loungers. On the property are several fruit trees and shrubs, so, depending on the timing of your visit, you can enjoy the reward of choosing your own breakfast.
The owner is a Yoga teacher and the house has a 45 m² room that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. French doors lead to a large terrace, so that yoga classes can easily be taught outside, with a beautiful panorama of gently rolling hills.
The room faces east and is bathed in natural light at sunrise and is a magical way to start your day. In the evenings, the room is bathed in a soft amber glow provided by glass-blown sconces crafted by the artisans of Gabbiani in Venice. The yoga shala is equipped with Manduka Pro mats and all props.

Casa Riva is located behind the owners' house and offers complete privacy. Upon entering you enter a very spacious living room and an open kitchen that will make every kitchen prince jealous. The decor is luxurious and very tasteful. In the living room there are a few large sofas near the TV and the fireplace. There is also a large dining table with 10 chairs.
The beautiful kitchen, LA CUCINA, is the heart of every Italian home, where stories are born and the most delicious food is prepared. Here too, the kitchen is located in the center of the house. With a large kitchen island with bar stools around it. The kitchen of Casa Riva is more than fully equipped for the most demanding cooking enthusiasts.
There are four very spacious bedrooms and they each have a large en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms with king-size double beds. French doors lead to a terrace in the garden.
On the first floor are 2 other bedrooms. Here the beds can be made up as double rooms (king size) or two single beds. It is also possible to place an extra bed here. All beds have super comfortable mattresses, high quality bed linen and a choice of pillows. The bedrooms here also have patio doors that give access to a lovely terrace. Two east facing rooms for those who like to wake up early and watch the sun rise slowly over the surrounding hills and two west facing rooms, perfect for those who prefer to sleep in a little later and wake up to the sound of the songbirds.
The Yoga studio is also located on the first floor.
