Casa Limone is a stylishly restored villa near the cozy, attractive village of Offida. The owners are a Belgian family with young children. This villa is very suitable for one large family or for several families to celebrate a holiday together. The house stands on a large private property and is surrounded by trees. 

Casa Limone has a large fenced swimming pool of 12x6 meters. Around the pool are various sun beds and lounge chairs. There is a lot of room for the children to play. There is a table tennis table in the garden and a swing. On the side of the pool is a terrace with a veranda where you can enjoy lunch or an aperitif in the shade.

You enter a spacious hall. Casa Limone has 2 living rooms. The lounge room has a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player. The other living room has a wood burning stove and a sofa bed that could possibly be used as a 6th bedroom.

There is a nice and cozy kitchen. Here is a very large dining table with chairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a 120 cm wide Smeg gas stove with 6 gas burners, a hob, a grill and two electric ovens, a stainless steel extractor hood, a fridge-freezer combination, an integrated dishwasher, double sink, a kettle, a toaster and all utensils you need to turn cooking into a party with all the great Italian products. From the kitchen you come directly to the terrace and the veranda.

Casa Limone has a utility room with washing machine, sink, vacuum cleaner, etc.

There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
