Casa Fiorenere consists of 2 apartments, a holiday home, 5 B&B rooms and a restaurant, all with air conditioning: 

• Apartment Umberto: on the 1st floor, for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
• Apartment Angelo: on the 1st floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 
• Casa Secondina: for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. 
• 5 B&B rooms on the 1st floor, each with its own bathroom. 

Agriturismo Fiorenere is a very hospitable farm with a heated swimming pool (5x10m and 1.40m deep) and a children's pool (3x3m and 30cm deep). 

It lies in a beautiful hilly landscape between the charming towns of Castignano and Offida. Within 30 minutes you are at the beach or in the town of San Benedetto del Tronto where you can go shopping. Within 40 minutes you are in the mountains where you can walk extensively. There are plenty of walking tours for young and old, for beginners and advanced. 

Case Fiorenere has a playground with a swing, slide, play car and a football goal. On the other side of the site, along a main road, lies the football field and the tennis court. Behind the third house are the stables of the horses. There are also cats on and around the site. 

There are many species of trees on the Case Fiorenere site that provide plenty of shade in the warm summer months. Various corners have also been created where you can eat, read or play a game. 

Casa Fiorenere has everything to make the holiday a success. And if you do not want to cook an evening or do you want to be pampered with a nice breakfast, you can do so at Case Fiorenere. You can determine per day whether or not you want to use the restaurant's service. The very hospitable owner is a fantastic cook who cooks typical Marchegian cuisine. The owner, also the cook, makes all guests, along with her 2 sons and brother (runs the farm) very happy. Because of the casual atmosphere and the enthusiastic nature, everyone feels at home here.

Apartment Umberto is light and spacious and is located on the 1st floor. It is accessible via an outside staircase. A stair gate has been made for small children. The apartment has a covered balcony with dining area where you can enjoy a nice view. The terrace offers plenty of privacy.

Umberto has a spacious modern kitchen with dining room, a separate sitting room with a sofa bed. 

There are three modern bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There are two beautiful bathrooms with a toilet, bidet, sink and a large walk-in shower. The floor is made of wooden oak. The doors are also made of oak. 

This apartment has air conditioning.
