Casa dalle Mille Viste is a large detached villa and consists of 2 apartments. In the high season only as full house to rent: 

• Apartment Pomodoro: large apartment on the ground floor, 6 to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 
• Apartment Basilico: apartment on the 1st floor, 4 to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom . 

Both apartments are connected to each other and can be locked with a door. Casa dalle Mille Viste can only be rented as a complete house in high season. 

The house is beautifully situated. As the name implies, you have a magnificent view from here over the farmlands, Marchegian hills, medieval villages and even the sea. 

The house is situated on a dead-end gravel road and stands on a large area where children can play. 

The holiday home has a large swimming pool of 5x10 meters with sun loungers and is shaded by a pergola. Casa dalle Mille Viste is surrounded by nature and olive groves and within walking distance of the town of Montalto delle Marche. It offers a magnificent view of various villages such as Porchia, Carassai, Ortezzano, Petritoli, Ripatransone, etc. 

Casa dalle Mille Viste is only a 30-minute drive from the Adriatic Sea and a 45-minute drive from the Sibillini Mountains.

Apartment 'Pomodoro' is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. It consists of a spacious, modern kitchen, a large and beautiful dining room and a cozy, cozy living room with wood burning stove. In the apartment there is WiFi and an I-pod dock station. 

The kitchen is large and modern and has a cooking island with bar stools. It is fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences such as an American fridge with water and ice maker, dishwasher, combi microwave oven, coffee maker, slicer, etc. 

There are doors to the beautiful covered terrace. Here is a large table and chairs for 10 people. From the terrace you have a breathtaking, unique view over the Marchegian hills.

From one of the three bedrooms you can jump directly into the pool from the bed. And from the bedrooms you also have a magnificent view over the Marchegian hills.

The cross vaulted bedroom and the beamed bedroom have a double bed. Both bedrooms can use the shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The barrel vault bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom is adjacent to the swimming pool. In the vaulted cellar is also the storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
