The apartment has a very cozy living room, followed by a modern kitchen with a stove, which can heat the whole house via radiators in every room, so that the apartment is very comfortable, cozy and habitable all year round. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is very complete and luxurious with a large fridge and freezer with drawers. There is an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an espresso machine, kettle, sandwich maker, juicer and a well-stocked cutlery and crockery cabinet. There is also plenty of room for storing groceries. 

The living room has TV with digitenne so all channels can be seen as you are used to in the Netherlands. The WiFi is also very good and there is a Logitech iPod dock. One of the bedrooms has a TV with DVD player. There are books, games and puzzles. The apartment has a very spacious portico (veranda) with a large dining table (90x300cm) with 6 chairs and a sofa where it is wonderful to dine for a long time. There is a large Weber BBQ of 57cm and if it is a bit cooler in the evening, you can light the outside fireplace. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sunset you can relax on the large lounge sofa or in one of the comfortable beanbags. Because the apartment is at the rear, it offers a lot of privacy. The house is well insulated so that it is nice and cool in summer and not noisy.

Apartment Geranio, owned by an Italian owner, consists of 2 floors. The apartment has the terrace overlooking the pool. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining room with kitchen.
