A beautiful, totally restored VILLA with 4 apartments, special furnishings, air conditioning, panoramic views, a nice swimming pool and only 30 minutes from the beach of Porto san Giorgio.

Casa Azzurra consists of 4 beautiful, attractive apartments:
- Cerqua apartment: ground floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms.
- Sanforte apartment: ground floor, for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Ghianda apartment: detached, for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Moretta apartment: detached, for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Casa Azzurra is set among the hills just 1 km from the small, cute village of Sant ’Elpidio Morico. The house is situated on a dead end and has a beautiful view over the village, the rolling Marchegian hills and the Monte Sibillini.
This oasis of tranquility offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a hospitable environment. The house is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The owners grow their products organically.
Casa Azzurra stands on a large area of ​​4 hectares. The house was completely restored in 2016. The owners are from Milan and have started their B&B here to escape the hectic pace of the big city.
Michela and Massimo live with their 2 children (born in 2004 and 2011) on the ground floor of the house. Two spacious apartments have been created on the first floor. During the renovation, they have combined special and original materials in a beautiful way with modern facilities. It is done in a very tasteful way and it fully meets modern taste and has a luxurious finish. They used the old original materials from the old stone walls and tiles for the floors and ceilings and the doors for the renovation. The whole is a perfect mix of old and new.
The swimming pool is 12x4 meters and 1.40 deep. Around the pool you can relax on the seats and sun beds, where you can also enjoy the beautiful view.
There is plenty of toys for the children and there is a table tennis table and table football.
You can also use the vegetable garden next to the apartments.
Apartment Cerqua (4/5 persons - 100m2)
This large apartment of 100 m2 has its own entrance. Upon entering you enter a large living room. There are 2 sofas that can also serve as 2 good beds. In this room there is air conditioning.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and kettle. Here is also a dining table with chairs.
On the terrace is a large parasol with a dining table and chairs.
Through a corridor that can be closed you enter the sleeping area. There are 2 large bedrooms with a double bed (with air conditioning) and a bedroom with 2 or 3 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a sink, a large shower, a toilet and a bidet. The other bathroom is spacious and has a sink, a bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. There is also a washing machine in this apartment.
Apartment Sanforte (4 persons - 50m2)
This apartment of approximately 50 m2 has its own entrance at the back of the house. Upon entering you are in the living room or kitchen diner. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa. There is air conditioning in this sitting room. The kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven and a kettle. There is also a washing machine in this apartment.
Adjacent to the living room are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. In the bedroom with the double bed is air conditioning.
The bathroom is modern and spacious with a sink, a large shower, a toilet and a bidet.
On the terrace is a pergola with a dining table and chairs.
Apartment Ghianda (4 persons - 60m2)
This apartment is separate from the big house, at 20 meters, with a small private garden and offers a lot of privacy.
The apartment has a living room with open kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. A third bed can be placed here on request.
The master bedroom has a double bed. This bedroom has doors to a terrace. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
As with the other apartments, there is also air conditioning here and there are fly screens.
Apartment la Moretta (4 persons - 60m2)
This apartment is separate from the main house, about 50m down past the pool. Also accessible by car. The cottage looks like a chalet from the outside, realized in the spring of 2022. The interior is warm, modern and attractive.
The cottage offers complete privacy and has a beautiful view. Outside on a terrace is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Upon entering you are in the living-kitchen. There is a sitting area with a divano and 2 chairs. The open kitchen is very nice, with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. There are 4 chairs around the dining table.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a double bed. This bedroom has patio doors to a terrace. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
As with the other apartments, there is air conditioning and mosquito nets.
