A wonderfully relaxed HOLIDAY HOME with 2 apartments, a beautiful 'biodesign' swimming pool and only 15 minutes from the sea (San Benedetto del Tronto).
General
Borgo Rosso is a large detached villa with a large apartment and a second apartment in its own right:
- Apartment Provenzale: large apartment on the ground floor, 5/6 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment Loft: detached apartment on 2 floors, 2 / 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Borgo Rosso has a large garden where children can play. It has its own vegetable garden and fruit orchards, which guests can use. The owner lives with his wife in the big house. They are very hospitable. They also make their own wine and olive oil, which they like to let the guests taste. But if guests don't like this, they guarantee them complete privacy.
For shared use with the owners there is a pizza oven and large barbecue at the front of the house on a terrace with beautiful panoramic views over the hills, the mountains, San Benedetto del Tronto and the sea. Upon request, it is possible to have breakfast taken care of by the owner.
Borgo Rosso has a special swimming pool: a 'biodesign' pool of quartz and sand. Sun loungers and parasols surround the pool. The pool is bean-shaped and 80 m2 and 1.40 deep.
Apartment Provenzale (5 to 7 persons - 113m2)
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own driveway and entrance. The apartment has a large terrace with tables and chairs and is shaded by a pergola. There is also a private barbecue. The terrace is fenced with a low fence.
The interior is basic, comfortable, cozy and Italian / Provencal and consists of a living / dining room and kitchen with doors opening onto the terrace.
From the living room / kitchen you can take a staircase to a loft where there is a relaxation room. The sofa bed on the mezzanine can serve as a sleeping place for 2 people.
Borgo Rosso has 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. And via a staircase you reach the void in this room, where there is another single bed. Both bedrooms have enough cupboard space. In addition to the bathroom in the master bedroom, the apartment has a 2nd spacious bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
There is also a washing machine.
Apartment Loft (2-4 persons - 58m2)
This second apartment was realized in February 2019. This apartment is separate from the villa. This apartment is a bit smaller than the other, but incredibly atmospheric and cozy. It is built with very solid material, mainly wood. With a beautiful authentic Italian stone floor.
Upon entering you step into the living room with open kitchen. Here is a dining table with 4 chairs and an easy couch. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and fridge. The total has a lot of glass and is modern.
Behind the sitting room is the master bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.
A fixed staircase leads to a 2nd bedroom with a double bed on the floor. For children a nice, cozy place to sleep. Unfortunately it is difficult to darken this bedroom completely. Because it is a void, it has an open connection to the living room / kitchen.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms.
There is a terrace in front of the house where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and surroundings.
