This special and spacious 6-person apartment is located on the beautiful boulevard of Grottammare. The apartment is on the ground floor in a 'Palazzo'.
Grottammare is known for its white sandy beaches, palm trees, slowly sloping sea and many eateries. You are welcome at Chalet di Anna in front of Casa Balestra for delicious food, sun beds for rent and super hospitable!
Grottammare Alta, the centro storico, becomes more pleasant every year. Narrow streets, delicious aperitivo with sea view and its many restaurants. Casa Balestra is very suitable for a relaxed holiday with both young and older children, for all generations. Also for 2 people!
At seaside the apartment has a large terrace with a sea view. You only have to cross the pedestrian path and you stand with your feet on the sand, 3 meters! The location of Casa Balestra makes it a very special accommodation.
The location is unique! Once you have been here on vacation you do not want anything else.
Casa Balestra has a sitting room in which a desk and bookcase stands and a couch. Here is also a TV and a stereo system. This sitting room is adjacent to the terrace.
The nice kitchen is simple but fully equipped with a new dishwasher, espresso machine, oven, microwave. The special hall is very spacious which is unique in Italy.
There are 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
Casa Balestra has 2 spacious but simple bathrooms, one with a bath.
The interior of Casa Balestra is simple and is a mix of 60ties, rustic and modern.
